Reliable Piano Movers was founded in 2011 by William Parker to provide reliable residential moving services in the U.S. with one truck and a two-person crew.

Key Milestones

2012–2014: Operations focused on local apartment and house moves. Two more trucks were added to meet growing demand.
2016: Item insurance was introduced as a standard feature. The company expanded services to include heavy items such as pianos, safes, and specialized equipment. Packing standards were implemented.
2018: Full-service options were added: packing, unpacking, and temporary storage. Clients began pre-ordering moving supplies, allowing for better scheduling and reduced delays.
2020: During the COVID-19 pandemic, Reliable Piano Movers remained operational with safety protocols and rotating crews. Focus remained on local moves.
2022: Interstate services launched. New customer segments were introduced: senior relocations, student moves, 24/7 availability.
2024: The company moved into a new office. Fleet expanded to five vehicles, including trucks for large and bulky items. CRM integration improved client communication. Weekend scheduling was introduced.
